the huntrods zone - scuba diving

Montreal - Kahnawake Quarry, August 2002

The nicest thing about Montreal diving is that the water temperature was about 75 degrees (F). In the quarry, there were two thermoclines, one at 30 feet and one at about 50 feet. The dives pictured here were with a group from Waddell Dive Shop. Later that week I returned to the quarry to assist the reserve police recover an automobile, sunk in about 25 feet of water at the other end of the quarry.

The three pictures show the quarry, a nice fish (brown trout, I think) and me!
