BackgroundI've been writing software since 1980, first in FORTRAN, then in C and C++ and finally in Java. I have developed several programs for the Shareware market, and have had some small success with one product, "MIDIBars".MIDIBars is a Windows program, written in C using the Windows SDK. It was written in 1992 for Windows 3.1. However, due to some key design decisions made during development, that same program will run on the latest versions of Windows! It has been tested on Windows 95, 98, NT Windows 2000, XP and Vista. It should run on Windows 7 as well, but has not been tested there. My latest program is GasRad, which is a SCUBA breathing gas blending program written in Objective-C as an App for the iPhone and iPad. GasRad was actually released on the Apple app store, and generated a whole $10 revenue for me. Unfortunately, constant updates to iOS meant that eventually I could not keep up with the changes Apple was requiring of Apps. Ultimately the app was removed from the App store and exists only as saved source code on my Macbook. |
Shareware NoteMIDIBars has been out for quite a while, and the shareware information is now out of date. If you enjoy my programs and wish to register, please send me an email using the links on this web site.Enjoy! |
